Job Description:

+ Key support person for our entire team
+ Complete purchase orders daily (supplies, equipment, hardware, food orders, etc.)
+ Document management
+ Make travel arrangements
+ Sort and distribute incoming mail and communications
+ Process outgoing mail
+ Interaction with existing and potential clients
+ Maintaining office tidiness


+ Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
+ Attention to detail and problem solving skills
+ Ability to work independently within a given set of responsibilities
+ Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
+ Tech savvy (ability to work in a paperless office)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Must have reliable transportation for necessary errands
+ Must be a U.S. lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
+ Must provide references

Preferred Skills and Experience:

+ 3+ years experience in an administrative role
+ Working within a budget
+ Business operations experience
+ Travel reservations knowledge
+ Excitement about space and a startup environment
